What is Shopbolt?

Shopbolt is a free service that helps you shop by text message or email. Just tell Shopbolt what you want and we'll find you the best product for your needs at the best price. We do the research, coupon clipping, and checkout for you so you can just send in a request and go on with your life.

Is there a fee to use Shopbolt?

Shopbolt is 100% free to use with absolutely no fees. We do our best to find you the best price across stores and don't charge any markup.

What retailers do you shop from?

We can order from any store or website out there. Our goal is to make sure that you find the best item available based on your unique needs and preferences. We'll find you the best place to buy what you need and order it for you so you don't have to share your credit card or create new accounts.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, just reach out to Shopbolt. We'll work with customer service so you don't have to.

How do I return or exchange purchases?

If you would like to return the product that you ordered, Shopbolt will help coordinate the return for you. We'll communicate with the retailer and help you initiate the returns process.

Will you send me advertisements?

We don't share your e-mail address with any third parties. We may send you Shopbolt promotions by email from time to time. If you don't want to receive emails, you can opt-out at any time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept debit, credit, and gift cards as forms of payment. All orders will show up on your credit card statement as "Shopbolt".

Can I use coupons or gift cards with Shopbolt?

Yes, feel free to inform your Shopbolt shopper of any coupons and gift cards and we'll apply them to your purchase for you. We'll also keep an eye out for coupons whenever we shop for you.

What is your shipping policy?

We shop at many retailers to find you the best product and shipping policies depend on the retailer we order from. If you have any specific preferences around shipping or if you need your order to arrive by a certain date, just let your shopper know - he or she will try to find a solution that works for you. If you would like to pick up your order in-person, we can coordinate that as well. Let your shopper know if you'd prefer pickup and he or she can find you local options.

Is your website secure?

Yes - Shopbolt is HTTPS secure and our payment provider, Stripe, is PCI compliant and uses AES-256 encryption to protect our clients' credit card information. Shopbolt will never charge you without your knowledge - we'll confirm your order total each time you place an order!

How do I see my receipt or track my order?

Once we place your order, we'll email you your receipt and order information directly. You can also view and manage your orders by logging into your portal on this site.

How does Shopbolt make money?

Currently, Shopbolt earns commissions on a portion of your purchases. Our first priority is always finding you the best product at the best price regardless of retailer. When you do happen to purchase at one of our hundreds of affiliate retailers, we will earn a small commission as part of sale.

What if I have more questions?
